After speaking with Ini yesterday, he suggested a better alternative to the parking issue. I don't know whether it was his idea or has been communicated with Council, but... New car park as agreed over 6 million dollars and no guarantee that the Pasadena development won't swallow every available space..OR... Purchase Pasadena , $2.5 million creating not only more parking but opening up usable space for the public and no threat of any development taking over parking.
Too much sense?

Dear Councillors,
Which legacy would you like to leave?
Building an ugly car park for $6.5 million dollars that won’t solve the parking issue?
Or beautifying the Point, solving the parking issue, saving a few mill, keeping all constituents happy and paying too much for Pasadena?
Choose wisely! The right decision is yet to be made.
Tim Marshall. Morning Bay.
